Security researcher to reveal serious iPhone flaw on September 11
Facebook
September 11 looks like being a red letter day at Apple HQs around the world, as that's the day when security researcher Jonathan Zdziarski has promised to hold a Webcast showing - in detail - how the iPhone's security systems can be quickly and easily bypassed using publicly-available software.

According to the Wired news portal, the Webcast will educate anyone with an interest in law enforcement on how to perform data forensics on iPhones and iPod ITouch units retrieved from the criminal community.

"This live presentation is aimed towards law enforcement and anyone else who has a need to access the not-so-readily available data on an iPhone,"
says the webcast description.
